With the context of cooperation and exchanging expertise between public institutions, the Jordan Armed Forces - the Arab Army and the Amman Stock Exchange signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
The MOU, which was signed on behalf of the General Command of, Director of the Financial Department, by Brigadier General Ali Al-Madani, and on behalf of the Amman Stock Exchange, by Chief Executive Officer Mazen Wathaifi, aims to hold seminars and workshops, specialized training courses in the fields of accounting and auditing, and exchange expertise and information between the two sides, to keep abreast with the latest developments in the securities industry, electronic trading and financial services.
It is noteworthy that the Arm Force has established in 2020 the Military Financial Training Institute with the aim of training and qualifying the class of financial accountant according to the latest training methods and international standards.
