1- Providing the Exchange with the Internet Trading Service Activation Request Form along with the following:
- Internet Trading Agreement.
- Risk Disclosure Statement.
- A detailed diagram of the internal network of the brokerage firm, showing the main servers and security systems in line with the Exchange requirements.
2- In case the service is hosted by a third party other than the brokerage firm, the following must be provided:
- A certificate issued by the bank committing to maintaining the security and confidentiality of information and ensuring service continuity.
- A certificate issued by the parent or affiliated company committing to maintaining the security and confidentiality of information and ensuring service continuity.
- A certificate issued by the brokerage firm using local cloud computing technology, ensuring that the cloud used complies with international standards.
3- The brokerage firm must sign an Internet Trading Agreement with clients wishing to benefit from this service.
4- Signing an Information Distribution Agreement with the Amman Stock Exchange.
5- Meeting all requirements stipulated in Chapter Two of the Securities Trading Instructions and any other requirements determined by the Exchange.
